Carol is a Certified Executive Coach, Career Transition Consultant and Facilitator. She is committed to effecting the changes in behaviour needed to increase organizational success while providing proven results through performance measurement. She has extensive experience in human capital management, specifically, performance management and relationship building.

Sought after for her solid and diverse background of working with many multi-national and national companies in the banking, insurance, manufacturing, engineering and healthcare industries, Carol offers a wealth of experience to her clients.  She has facilitated change management workshops for the financial and insurance industries, and leadership workshops for one of the world’s leading manufacturing companies in both the United States and Canada. 

Carol has coached executives, managers and high potential employees through transition. She uses team coaching to support and improve team productivity. She is qualified to use a variety of assessment tools designed to support selection, retention and development of individuals.

Connecting generations within the workplace is a specialty of Carol’s along with career management, adult learning and coaching individuals and teams for performance.

In addition to her coaching and consulting experience, Carol serves as a Constructivist Career Counselling/Mentorship Lecturer for an adult education program at George Brown College in Toronto.
